Suomen Varmakauppa Oy:n tavoitteena on vuodesta 2009 asti ollut verkkokauppojen luotettavuuden parantaminen asiakkaiden silmissä, sekä motivoida kauppiaita kohtelemaan asiakkaita paremmin.
Varmakauppa -sertifikaatti on luotu parantamaan verkkokauppojen luotettavuutta asiakkaiden silmissä. Varmakauppa -sertifikaatin löytyminen verkkokaupan sivuilta tarkoittaa sitä, että asiakas voi luottaa saavansa tavarat luvattuna aikana ja että tarvittaessa asiakaspalvelupuhelimeen vastataan.
Varmakauppa -sertifikaatti myönnetään verkkokaupoille, joilla on perusasiat kunnossa. Kaikkien palveluun hyväksyttyjen verkkokauppojen pitää täyttää tietyt edellytykset.
Sertifikaatti, joka myönnetään kenelle tahansa, menettää merkityksensä. Tästä syystä olemme todella tarkkoja kenelle sertifikaattimme myönnämme. Yli 10 vuoden kokemuksella verkkokaupasta sekä kattavan sertifiointiprosessimme avulla pystymme erottamaan toimivat kaupat ongelmallisista. Valintakriteerimme täyttäminen on edellytys toimivan verkkokaupan pyörittämiselle, sekä kauppiaan, että kuluttajan kannalta.
