Ensin tarkastamme reklamaation tiedot ja vakavuuden. Riippuen asian kiireellisyydestä ja vakavuudesta välitämme selvityspyynnön, joko verkkokaupan asiakaspalvelulle, tai suoraan verkkokauppavastaavalle.
Yleensä reklamaatiot selviävät heti, kun otamme yhteyttä verkkokauppaan. Jos saamme samasta verkkokaupasta useita reklamaatioita, otamme sen ensin seurantaan ja pyydämme selvitystä ongelmakohtien hoidosta. Jos verkkokaupan taso putoaa liian alas toimiakseen vaadittavalla tasolla, sertifikaatin käyttöoikeus poistetaan. Yleisesti verkkokaupat haluavat käsitellä lähettämämme reklamaatiot heti, koska pidämme myös rekisteriä reklamaatioiden käsittelyyn kuluvista ajoista. Kauppakohtaiset reklamaatiotilastot löytyvät kunkin kaupan omalta sivulta kohdasta "Reklamaatioraportti".
